The purchase and renovation of this building gives Thriving Families the opportunity to develop spaces to fit the organization’s needs and expand services. Throughout the process, Cadence PM is working with Thriving Families to maximize every dollar, engaging the design and construction community with a call for donations and surrounding the organization with a network of like-minded professionals. The renovation will result in a space that can cater to a diversity of needs, with functional areas inclusive of office spaces, training rooms, childcare facilities, therapy rooms, a staff break room, and updated restrooms.
